Inlay stone catalog
This is the actual material on the bench - every bag counted and photographed, nothing listed that I can't pour. Pick a background stone, add crushed opal on top, and take the mix straight to a piece.
1 · Background
A crushed stone fills the channel and sets the base colour. This is the body of the inlay.
2 · Opal on top
Crushed opal goes over the background, or mixes into it. This is where the fire comes from - mostly lab-grown, plus a few natural.
3 · Poured by hand
The mix is flooded into the channel, cured, ground flush and polished - so no two pours land the same way twice.
